our standards
We are a supporting people service in the community specialising in bespoke services for vulnerable adults with complex needs to enable them to live fulfilled lives.
The needs of those who use our services are at the forefront of what we do. We work collaboratively with them in the planning and delivery of the support they require.
aims
We believe that the people who use our service are the experts of the support they require. We therefore work together and aim to deliver services tailored to meet the needs of the individual. We have a care team highly trained who will help deliver a quality service.
Our aim is to support individuals to independence and full community integration.
services
At Arise Supported Living we provide services for vulnerable people aged between 18-65yrs of age with complex care needs in;
- physical health
- enduring mental health needs (specialising in women only services)
- hospital discharges from both general & psychiatric hospitals
- as well as any of the above with homelessness
We will work with Social Service Directorates and Recovery and Support Teams within Local Authorities across London and and the South East as well as private referrals.

how we work
We recognise that each person’s needs are different, that is why we offer bespoke service to each and everyone of our service user. To do this we work collaboratively with each individual to look at their needs, such as, their interests, goals, financial situation, leisure and work/education and wishes in order to create their Support plans. This way we ensure that the support each person receives is individualised according to their needs.
We encourage community participation, attend local support groups and facilities with the support of the care staff.
As our aim is to support our service users to independence and full community intergration, as they imptove in functional ability and taking responsibility for their lives, we reduce the support as appropriate and funding will be expected to reduce.
We work closely with funding authorities and commissioners to determine the length of the support programmes
